A Few Simple Steps

A basic bread recipe proves to be a snap with the ExpressBake breadmaker. Just add the measured ingredients (liquid, then dry, then yeast) to the removable baking pan, then gently snap the baking pan into the bread maker, and lower the lid. With the press of a few buttons, the machine takes it from there, baking a 1-1/2-pound or 2-pound rectangular-shaped loaf of bread to delicious perfection. Its automatic keep-warm setting will keep the bread warm for up to an hour, though enjoying it right away is recommended.
