Edit

The Onkyo CS-445 is one of two shelf systems (CS-445, CS-V645) geared for offices, bedrooms, and other small rooms. In particular, the weaker CS-445 hosts a central receiver with a single-disc CD player and FM tuner, plus two speakers that each house a 4” woofer and 1” tweeter. Like its superior sibling, the system comes with a built-in iPod/iPhone docking station, and the ability to upscale content to 1080p over an HDMI output. One notable difference however is that the CS-445 offers both FM and AM tuning, whereas its sibling is stuck with just FM. Regardless, also included is a 40W integrated amplifier and a bundled remote control for convenience.
