Edit

The Numark CDN450 is a high-end dual-deck CD player for use in clubs. The all-metal chassis is built to be rack mounted for permanent setup with a mixing board, and a number of advanced features are built in for smooth playback. Track buffering is used for Anti-Shock skip protection. Real-time scratching, pitch bending and looping is possible on both CD and MP3 tracks through a multifunction jog wheel. Clear displays show the contents of ID3 tags and folder names, making it easier to find specific tracks. The auto-BPM detection system allows for seamless loop creation, and can be overridden with a tap control for custom creative sounds. Pre-programming allows for single, continuous, relay, and programmable playback enabling automatic mixing. This unit is compatible with mixers that use Fader Start, allowing tracks to be started when the crossfader is moved. Both analog RCA and digital S/PDIF outputs are made available to support a wider variety of setups.
