Edit

The Numark 5000FX is a lower cost five–channel tabletop mixer with basic sampling functions. Two separate Beatkeeper units are used to auto-detect BMP, allowing easier synchronization between two sources, and built in BMP sycnhronization allows the system to handle mixing for you. The internal sampling system allows for 30 second samples to be collected on the fly, and effects can be applied before looping. This uses a wheel interface to handle scratching, effects, and pitch. The five channels have a variety of input types, including three phono, nine line, and two mic inputs. Outputs include a pair of XLR ports, RCA-pairs for Master, Record and Booth, and a digital 44.1 kHz S/PDIF out.
