The AF Micro-NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8D is one of Nikon's lower-priced close-up lens offerings. Nikon promotes this lens as their most compact extreme close-up lens (2.8" x 2.9"). Like all of the NIKKOR close-up lenses, the AF Micro-NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8D offers up to 1:1 reproduction ratios, which means that it can produce lifesize portraits of small subjects. This lens is also equipped with continuous focus, which means that it can detect whether a subject is moving toward or away from the camera and keep focus on it. Both manual and auto focus are provided. The Close Range Correction (CRC) system of the AF Micro-NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8D ensures that you will have the same focus quality at both close and far focusing distances. The AF Micro-NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8D close-up lens comes with CL-0815 lens case, HN-22 lens hood, 62mm lens cap and rear lens cap.
