 The Mongoose XR-250 is an entry-level mens' mountain bike with very low pricing. It has an all-mountain geometry and dual suspension, and is ideal for those who want to ride moderate trails on a budget. Main features are a Mozo M30 front suspension and coil rear, an aluminum frame, and SRAM twist shifters. The brakes are a front ProMax disc brake paired with a rear linear pull. Mongoose proprietary tires are coupled with AERO black anodized alloy wheels, as well as an alloy three-piece crank with plastic pedals. This bike has a total of 21 speeds, and is fairly heavy, weighing in at 40 lbs.
