The WD-65638 is a 65" television, part of Mitsubishi's entry-level 638 Series of 3D DLPs to be released in 2010. Like the 60" and 73" 638-Series models, the WD-65638 supports 1080p video and comes with 3 HDMI inputs. A proprietary 6-color processor aims to produce more vivid, realistic colors than competing LCD panels. The WD-65638 is also significantly cheaper than LCD and plasma models in this size range. The television features four viewing modes, including a Game Mode intended to enhance image quality in HD games. The 738 and 838 series add an 82" option and major features like internet TV support and, in the 838 Series, a 16-speaker, 32W sound system.
