Edit

Michelin Latitude Alpin winter tires are designed for SUVs, vans, and crossover vehicles. The tread design uses bi-directional sipes, which self-lock to allow a more dense sipe distribution. This means more sipes biting into the snow and ice, and compliments the Comfort Control Technology design standards that aid in reducing vibrations and road noise in dry conditions. Stabiligrip Technology is also used to vary the geometry of the sipes, making them undulated on the surface and straight at the base. This makes them more stable at faster speeds, offering better control and handling on the highway. These tires are certified by Michelin as Green X, minimizing roll resistance to maximize fuel economy.
