Whether you’re cooking pork, chicken, beef or seafood, the delightfully smoky aroma that permeates from the Masterbuilt 30-inch Electric Digital Smokehouse has a way of making friends and family flock around the smoker in the spirit of good times and good food.

This electric, digital smoker come fully equipped with a blue LED display for easy viewing in direct sunlight and has over 700 square inches of total cooking space on four chrome cooking racks. This smokehouse also has a drip deflector and front access drip pan. The locking door and the inner liner help to keep the heat and smoky flavor inside. The smooth operating wood chip loading system allows better smoke control allowing you to have as much or as little smoky flavor you would like for your foods.

The radio frequency remote brings the power of turning the smokehouse on or off to your fingertips. The RF remote also allows you to adjust the inside temperature of the smokehouse with ease. The built-in meat probe allows you to know the temperature of your food while it still cooks. The internal light lets you see your food smoke every time you want to check the cooking process.

  • Can you smoke a turkey?

    Use only two racks and put a ham on top and turkey on bottom the ham drippings baste the turkey.

  • Can someone tell me the inside width dimension of a 40" and a 30"

    Interior width should be 2" LESS than overall dimension. Insulated wall thickness on Masterbuilt (different model #) is 1" per side [-2" from overall exterior dimension]. Note that nominal 30" & 40" dimensions noted are height... not width! Internal width will be closer to 15" on both models.

  • This smoker has a built in vent on the side..should it be closed or open etc. when preheating and smoking?

    It depends if you want a moist or a dry texture on the outside of your meat. moist vent closed and dry vent open! if you want more smoke then vent open. this will cycle your element more often then if you close the vent. you only make smoke when your element is on, for this reason I never preheat my smoker.
