The Marshall Major headphones are a mid-cost over-ear offering. The ear cushions of these headphones are designed for softness, ensuring a comfortable listen. The Major headphones have a fully collapsible construction, for easy transport and storage. The vinyl headband of these headphones is made of the same material as that used in Marshall amplifiers. These headphones are a step up from the lower cost Minor model in that the Major has an over-ear design, a larger transducer (40mm as opposed to 15.4mm), higher sensitivity (121 ± 3dB AT 1kHz 1mW as opposed to 115 ± 3dB AT 1kHz 1mW), and more rated/maximum input power (15mW/20mW as opposed 2mW/5mW). The Marshall Major over-ear headphones are compatible with any 3.5mm music player.
