Pros

Works with Pro Tools, Cubase, Reason, Record, Live, Garage Band, and Logic.

Cons

no external power option or MIDI out. This is truly a USB ONLY keyboard. So, since it ONLY has USB power, it would NOT be a good fit for use with an iPad (since it would draw too much power)

Edit

The M-Audio Oxygen 61 is a lower mid-cost musical keyboard. The eight MIDI-assignable knobs on the Oxygen 61 allow you to fine-tune tone as you record (while the nine assignable sliders allow you to fine-tune volumes). The dedicated transport and track select buttons help to speed up your recording session, instead of having to look for the right button. The sixty-one keys on this USB-powered keyboard are velocity-sensitive, which means that they will respond to the strength you hit them with. DirectLink mode gives you instant access to functions such as transporting, mixing, and track panning. This keyboard differs from the lower cost Oxygen 49 in that it has sixty-one keys instead of forty-nine. However, this keyboard lacks the flagship Oxygen 88's eighty-eight keys, hammer-action feel, enhanced compatibility (with GarageBand, Logic, Live, Cubase, and more) and thirty-two assignable knobs/faders/buttons. The M-Audio Oxygen 61 is Pro Tools compatible.
