The Logitech Gamepad F310 is one of three dual-analog gaming controllers / gamepads released in later 2010. As the base unit, the F310 hosts a “familiar” layout with a floating D-pad design (meaning it rests on four switches to make it more responsive to quick changes in direction), bundled Profiler software for programming the controls to emulate keyboard/mouse inputs, and six feet of cable. What critics especially find appealing is the incorporation of DirectInput and Xinput standards for universal compatibility with all PC games—old, new, etc.
