Edit

The LG Optimus Black was announced along side the Optimus X2 during 2011 CES. Unlike the X2, the Optimus Black does not have the powerful Nvida Tegra 2 application processors. Instead, it uses second generation Snapdragon processors which will provide more than adequate performance none the less. LG claims it is the world's thinnest mobile devices at only 9.2mm. One of the main features of the Optimus Black is the NOVA display (480x800), with a brightness of 700nits, it is much brighter than many existing displays which means using the phone in direct day light should be no problem. Other features include wireless b/g/n connectivity, a microSD card slot, a 5 mega pixel primary camera, and a 2 mega pixel frotn facing camera. Whist the LG Optimus Black might not receive the same amount of hype as the Optimus X2, it is still a capable Android handset.
