someone listed this PRO: the latest Android operating system (2.0)

However, posters on the following sites and others claim that Rogers' Eve is running Android 1.5 (BOO!):

I was considering this phone but that is a major disappointment.
Rogers also apparently does not provide any OS updates for their phones (double BOO!).
