    They finish the products in their factory in Portland, OR (where 10 people each Wednesday can participate in a tour). As of 2005-2008, some components were produced and/or processed in Western Europe (files, corkscrews, etc.), the plier jaws are cast in Mexico, and other part(s) in Canada. This information became public due to the facts disclosed in the Colgan v. Leatherman Tool Group lawsuit in California as well as the resulting PR from Leatherman.

    831425 is in the blister pack. 831426 comes in the traditional black & yellow Leatherman box. They are the exact same tool, just different packaging.
