The Kodak EasyShare Max is an SLR-style, superzoom digital camera released in 2011. It features a 12MP backside-illuminated BSI CMOS sensor; a fast f/2.8 28 mm wide-angle lens with a 30x optical zoom; a standard 3” LCD display; and an electronic viewfinder. Note the CMOS sensor, which is unique to a digital camera in that such sensors are typically used only in camcorders. Ultimately, this means the cam can be used to produce high quality images with reduced low noise at high ISO settings up to 12,800. The Max also records full 1080p videos. Additional features include optical image stabilization, a bevy of scene modes and artistic effects, built-in panorama functions, stereo speakers, and SD/SDHC expansion.

Great all-around camera!

Only complaint so far is the delay between shots. I can work around that, since I don't generally shoot action shots.
