Edit

The Klipsch RF-62 II is an upmarket loudspeaker from Klipsch’s highly acclaimed Reference Series. It was released at the same time as the RF-82 II as a more compact and budget friendly downgrade. It hosts the same premium-grade technologies, including a Tractrix Horn attached to a 1” tweeter for a wider soundstage with lower distortion, and a linear suspension system for more natural audio reproduction. However, the crossover network has been raised to 1500Hz, while the midrange woofers have dropped to 6.5”. The benefit to this is that the bass is lowered but not reduced in quality. According to expert reviews, the RF-62 II speaker provides a very clear and smooth-sounding lower end.
