Edit

The Klipsch RC-62 II is a center speaker, a mid-level model in the high-end Reference Series. It utilizes a 1" tweeter and dual 6.5" woofers, outputting 150W RMS, 25W more than the RC-52 II. The RC-64 II, a step up, utilizes a 1.75" tweeter and outputs 200W, but offers no improvement in low-frequency response. Every model features "Tractrix Horn" technology (also used in non-Reference Series Klipsch speakers), which the manufacturer says reduces distortion, improving sound clarity and precision. The speaker's drivers are magnetically shielded, preventing interference from other electronics. The vinyl cabinet is finished in a black or cherry wood pattern.
