Edit

The KEF XQ40 is a floor standing speaker designed for the high-end audiophile market. It is similar in design and functionality to the KEF XQ30, but features two separate larger 6.5 inch drive units dedicated to providing mid and bass support, and a larger 6.5 Uni-Q unit with a 0.75 inch aluminum dome tweeter that provides clear and natural high frequencies up to 55kHz. The larger driver size necessitates a larger cabinet profile 40.4 inches high, but it comes in the same finishes and the same magnetic shielding as the KEF XQ30.
