Edit

The K'Nex Rippin' Rocket Roller Coaster set is a K'Nex "Big Build" that requires time and effort to build, but when completed is its own miniature roller coaster. The default construction includes a five-foot peak, a loop-the-loop and a large vertical drop. The set includes over a thousand K'Nex pieces, sufficient for about 25 feet of track. Special booster sections propel the roller coaster car along the track. The set requires 6 C batteries to work. Note that the assembly does take a considerable amount of time, and the finished roller coaster requires space to store, as it is over 6.5 feet long at 5.5 feet tall. Because of its size, this set makes an ideal family or group project. The directions are colour-coded to match the individual building pieces to help assembly.
