Edit

The KW-XR810 is a mid-range double-DIN car audio receiver from JVC. The head unit features USB and AUX inputs in addition to a standard CD drive, enabling playback from an iPod, iPhone, or other portable media device. It is a step up from the entry-level KW-XR610 because it includes a USB Bluetooth adapter, enabling features like hands-free calling and phone book transfer when connected to a Bluetooth-capable mobile phone. The KW-XR810 provides the same maximum power output as JVC's other receivers – 50W, or 20W RMS per channel – and a subwoofer output is standard. Other upgrades over the entry-level model include a dedicated subwoofer pre-output terminal, WAV audio support, and a second USB port for an iPod or iPhone, when Bluetooth is not in use. Like the KW-XR610, the receiver also supports HD and satellite radio.

Features

  • MOS-FET 50W x 4 (20W RMS x 4)
  • CD/USB (x2)/AUX inputs
  • 24-bit DAC
  • 3-band parametric iEQ
  • 2.5V line for subwoofer
  • 3 pre-output terminals (front, rear, subwoofer)
  • USB Bluetooth adapter
  • iPod/iPhone 2-way controls
  • MP3/WAV/WMA support (with ID3/WMA tags)
  • HS-IVi tuner
  • Loudness control
  • HD/SAT radio support
