Edit

The JBL On Stage IV is a higher-end portable iPod speaker dock, released in fall 2010. While the AC-only On Stage 200ID and IIIP will provide better sound, the IV is JBL's top battery-powerable option. Departing from the minimalist look of previous models with a "weave" design, JBL is otherwise offering a fairly standard mobile iPod/iPhone loudspeaker in the On Stage IV, combining four full-range transducers with a compact form factor and fairly long battery life – up to 16 hours of music playback. JBL has not provided the unit's power output. Users can navigate a docked iPod's menus with the included IR remote.

Features
  • iPod/iPhone dock
  • 6xAA battery-powerable
  • 4x 1" Odyssey transducers
  • Sync with iTunes via USB
  • IR remote (15ft range)
  • Touch interface
  • LED light
  • JBL Weave design
  • 1.6 lbs
