The Intel Celeron E1500 is a 65nm, dual core microprocessor released on November 30th of 2008 as the third model out of the Allendale-512 family. Based on the Allendale-512 core, the E1500 includes full enhanced halt state and enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology, not to mention Execute Disable Bit for built-in security support, Intel 64 architecture so applications can access larger amounts of memory (when used when 64-bit supporting hardware/software), and a thermal design power (TDP) of 65 watts. Per its general stats, the E1500 delivers 2.2GHz processing with 512KB of L2 cache. The Intel Celeron E1500 retails for $59.99 and comes with a 3 year limited warranty.
