The Radar is a touchscreen smartphone from HTC that offers a step-down from the company's Titan model. Pre-installed with the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system, this model features a 3.8-inch capacitive LCD touchscreen and a 1-gigahertz internal processor for functional application multitasking. 8 gigabytes of internal storage available for keeping picture, music and video files within the device, with 512 megabytes of RAM working to provide smooth image rendering and latency-free operations in general. A 5-megapixel digital camera is included that comprises a f/2.2 aperture for clear, natural shooting, alongside an LED flash for low-light applications. The Radar can record HD video at 720p quality, and also features a front-facing VGA camera for videoconferencing to other smartphone, tablet device or computer users. Native integration with Facebook and Windows Live accounts provides automatic image viewing within the device over Wi-Fi or 3G internet service, with music and video services powered by Microsoft's Zune technology. Additional services include native support of Twitter and SkyDrive, with the unit's internal GPS antenna working with HTC locations and Bing maps.
