The HTC Desire Z is a high-end smartphone running version 2.2 of Google's Android OS. The Desire Z's main feature is its 'Z-hinge' which allows for a thinner phone while still offering a full 4-row QWERTY keyboard. Otherwise, the Desire Z sports an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera with 720p video recording capability and 802.11n WiFi. Additionally, the Desire Z, like the HTC Desire HD, features HTC's enhanced Sense experience.
The Desire Z allows users to navigate Android 2.2 and the internet with its 3.7" touchscreen or by way of its pop-out QWERTY keyboard. Its 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor and 512MB of RAM provide the Desire Z with enough processing power to handle most apps smoothly. Meanwhile, the Desire Z's enhanced HTC Sense experience allows users to go to HTCsense.com to find their phone (making it emit a loud, high-pitched beep and showing its position on a map) with more features planned for the future.
