The HP S2031 is a 20” widescreen LCD monitor released as a downgrade from the more expensive albeit superior HP 2509m. It hosts a weaker 1600x900 resolution coupled with a reduced contrast ratio, brightness, and pixel pitch, not to mention a slower response time. Plus it gets rid of its superior counterpart’s speaker system. However, the HP S2031 can connect to a variety of sources VGA, DVI-D w/HDCP), be tilted from top to botton, and even be mounted to a wall via a detachable base and a separately purchased wall adapter.
