The 2310e is a higher-end 23" consumer desktop monitor from HP. It features a glossy black finish, touch controls, and an ultra-thin form factor. The LED-backlit LCD screen features a 1080p resolution and 8,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. Competing models tend to offer better viewing angles and brightness. The 2310e features standard HDMI, DVI, and DisplayPort connectivity. Adjustability is limited to 30 degrees of tilt. A similar model released earlier in 2010, the 2310m, features lower contrast, but a better response time, built-in speakers, and a swivel function.
