Edit

The HP Pavilion dv7t Quad Edition is a premium-grade laptop released as an upgrade from the dv6t. It offers a larger 17.3” display with an improved 1600x900 resolution that games are likely to appreciate. Otherwise a duplicate, it too relies on an Intel Core i7 CPU (3.4GHz max via overclocking), 6GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 720GB SATA drive, though an SSD drive is optional. The key component that remains the same is the DirectX 11 and OpenGL 4.1 compatible HD 6570 graphics card, which comes with VGA and HDMI ports, and offers the processing and memory capabilities required to play demanding video games. Also included is a webcam, integrated WiFi, high quality speakers, and a 6-cell battery, though 9-cell is optional.
