Edit

The HP Pavilion dm3t is a lightweight and portable Windows 7 notebook featuring an Intel Celeron 1.2GHz processor (upgradeable to Core 2 Duo 2.3GHz), 4GB of RAM (up to 8GB), and a 320GB SATA hard-disc drive (upgradeable to 500GB or a 160GB SDD). The base features a basic-level graphics accelerator that can be upgraded to an nVidia card. Included is a 13.3” WXGA screen, an 8X DVD drive, a 5-in-1 card reader, and an HDMI output. Signature to the dm3t is its build, which critics hail as extremely solid and unbendable. Unfortunately, the dm3t does host a few notable negatives, including a poor resolution display and a poorly designed touchpad. These are encountered by the long-lasting battery and fairly high processing power.
