Introduced in the middle of September 2008, the HP Touchsmart IQ800 Series is a high end series of media-centric PCs, intigrated into large 25.5" high definition, wall-mountable touchscreen monitors. Both IQ804 and upgraded IQ816 feature full 1080p resolutions of 1920 by 1200, Intel Core 2 Duo processors, TV tuners and all the extras such as a webcam, media card reader, large capacity, high speed hard disk, premium speakers, remote control, wireless stow away keyboard, ambient multi-colour mood lighting, and a slot loading DVD burner or Blu-ray drive. The MSRPs of the two models are 1899.99 and 2099.99 respectively.

Freezes all the time. Poor HP customer service, they do not want to replace the computer. They could not fix on going same problem for 7 times. In 40 days I was able to use the machine just for 4 days. Tons of customers have the same freezing problems. Check out HP IQ 816 problems keyword.
