The Harman Kardon AVR 3600 is a 7.1 channel A/V receiver that incorporates certain technology to improve sound and performance. A high-end model, the receiver is similar to the AVR 1600 model but has features that also make it compatible with the iPhone. It has an ultra-wide bandwith amplifier that generates 80 watts per channel and has Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio that creates high quality sound from Blu-Ray discs. The EzSet equalizer produces optimal sound settings based on a room's environment and the built-in Bridge III iPod dock plays music and video from the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPod. Additional features for the A/V receiver include three HDMI inputs, one HDMI output and Dolby Volume that maintains volume across all content no matter what the source the may be.
