Edit

The Harman Kardon AVR 1600 is a 7.1 channel A/V receiver that incorporates certain technology to improve sound and performance. A high-end model, the receiver is similar to the AVR 3600 model but focuses more on video than multimedia as a whole. It has an ultra-wide bandwith amplifier that generates 50 watts per channel and has Dolby Trude HD and DTS-HD Master Audio that delivers exceptional sound from Blu-Ray discs. The EzSet equalizer creates optimal sound settings based on a room's environment and the A/V Sync Delay eliminates lip-sync problems some videos tend to have or produce over time. Additional features for the A/V receiver include 3 HDMI inputs, one HDMI output and updated firmware that creates compatibility with Xbox 360 systems.
