Cons

expensive outside the USA

1 agrees

open design and thick cable are only good for quiet at home listening - cannot be easily thrown in a bag

potential comfort issues - takes a while to get used to

some believe a lesser Grado can be transformed to approach the refined sound of the 225 by implementing modifications (replacing grill, adding dampening to the back of the driver etc...)

Edit

Features are the same as the SR125 but, this Headphone has an increased air flow by 50% which is achieved through an improved rear metal screen and closer matched drivers. The result is an enlarged soundstage achieved from closer driver tolerances, while the improved rear screen frees the headphone from colorations. A popular middle-of-the-road option between the lower end SR60/SR80 and the higher end RS2/RS1.
