The Gateway LT2023u is an entry-level, 10.1" netbook, part of the lower-end LT20 series. While LT21-series models are available with the Intel Atom N450 processor, the LT2023u utilizes the slower N270, which runs at 1.6 GHz. It features a black finish and only a 3-cell battery, improving portability but reducing battery life. It includes Windows 7 rather than XP (like several LT20 netbooks) pre-installed. The LT2023u comes with 1 GB of memory and wireless networking, but Bluetooth is unavailable. Other connectivity includes a 5-in-1 card reader. The LT2023u features a 160GB hard drive – 250GB models are also available. Yet unlike some low-end netbooks, the LT2023u's trackpad supports multi-touch gestures. Gateway offers other nearly identical models featuring 6-cell batteries and red finishes.
