The Garmin nuvi 3790LMT is a consumer GPS for cars in North America and Europe. This is an upgrade from the Garmin nuvi 3790T, with the major change being lifetime map updates included. This is nearly the same as the Garmin nuvi 3760LMT, but includes extra functions such as voice-activated navigation that enables control by simply speaking the proper command. 3D building view is also included which provides a perspective that more intuitively represents the surrounding area. Functions shared between the three models include a 4.3 inch 800x480 touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity for cell phones and other devices. The device provides turn-by-turn directions through voice prompts, as well as giving updates on which lane the driver should be in. Live traffic information is taken into account when calculating the fastest route, or priority can be given when calculating to increase fuel efficiency.

You can get rid of the anoying popup ads without turning off the traffic reports by simply connecting your unit to your computer via USB and deleting the RDS_LBA.ddb file in the ?:/.system/DDB directory from it.
