TheĀ Garmin Forerunner 210 is a sports watch for runners that want to track their progress over time. It uses an automatic GPS connection to track how far the runner has gone and how fast they are moving. Sensors in the wrist band track heart beats per minute, and calorie burning calculations are also available. Data from the run can be uploaded to Garmin Connect for complete review of how the run progressed. The watch also has interval training programs built in to allow for timed periods at different speeds, and an Auto Lap function detects when a full lap has been completed.
