Edit

The CD-280SCE is an acoustic guitar from Fender's Classic Design Series and is an upgrade to the CD-280S.  The guitar features Fender's dreadnought shape and comes in a natural color with a satin finish.  It is designed with a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard, and a tortoise-shell pickguard.  The CD-280SCE offers good playability with chrome die-cast tuners and D'Addario Phosphor Bronze strings.  It also includes scalloped X bracing and differs with the CD-280S since it includes Fender's FTE3-TN onboard preamp with a built-in chromatic tuner.  The guitar has a suggested retail price of $500 and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

It does not have a satin finish. Its gloss. The back and sides are rosewood, not mahogany.
