Edit

The PowerCore Free Standing Heavy Bag is a mid-range freestanding bag for boxing and cross-training workouts at home or in a gym. While lacking the spring-action-response mechanism of the higher-end Everflex model, the PowerCore features a similar reinforced, high-density LDPE base that can be filled with enough water or sand to ensure stability. The bag utilizes a power transfer ring to further reduce base movement, and features shock-absorbing foam with a "Nevatear" shell. Everlast also offers a simpler, entry-level model, the Reflex Bag, for beginners or those wanting to focus on accuracy and timing.

Features

  • Freestanding
  • Nevatear technology
  • High-density LDPE base
  • Power transfer ring
  • 52"-65" height range
  • Approx. 250lbs when base filled with water or sand
