Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will this work with a Nikon SB910 flash?

Yes, but if you value the $500 bucks you payed for that SB-910, don't risk it by clamping it to this and watching as it sends it crashing to the floor on a shoot. The clamp is aluminum but it is built in such a way that it allows the hot shoe to slide and no matter how tight you turn the knob, so when you tilt the umbrella it drops your expensive Nikon speedlight.

  • Can I attach a umbrella to this bracket?

Yes, sizes up to and including 42" .

  • Will this work with a Canon 600 speedlight?

Technically yes but it is not the safest way to do it. This unit tends to losen up.
