The Denon DBP-A100 is an “Anniversary Product Collection Model” Blu-ray player released in early 2011 as a celebration of Denon’s 100-year anniversary. Designed as a premium-grade player, the DBP-A100 is compatible with Blu-ray, DVD, SACD, and CD discs, and it features a direct mechanical ground construction & multi-layer chassis structure. The device offers supports full 1080p signal transmission via HDMI, and 720p/1080i transmission via component. More importantly, the player hosts Denon Link 4th, a technology that minimizes HDMI jitters. There’s also a coupling condenser and cast iron footing for added sound stabilization. There is no AirPlay, but the DBP-A100 is BD-Live compliant via Ethernet Internet.
