The Denon AH-NC600 is a pair of noise-canceling in-ear headphones, released in mid-2009. The AH-NC600 integrates what Denon calls the Compressed Audio Restorer, a system that brightens the high frequency harmonic elements disguised in compressed music. The other technology featured in these headphones is the Acoustic Optimizer Technology, a mechanism that regulates the sounds pressure balance in front and behind the individual ear pieces. Prospective owners can expect around 60 hours of noise canceling from one AAA battery. These headphones have a frequency response of 5 - 25,000 Hz, a sensitivity of 112dB/mW and can handle 100mW of power. This means the NC600 can produce a power mid-range and strong bass response. Expert reviews indicate that this pair is suitable for a variety of music genres, citing the exceptional low and mid-end response. Included accessories include 3 different sizes of detachable ear pieces, an extension cable and an airplane adapter. A carrying case is also included to protect the headphones.
