The DUB-2240 from D-Link is a 4-port wireless USB hub that lets you connect to many devices without excessive use of cables. Connecting the adapter, the DUB-1210, to your computer lets you communicate with the hub wirelessly, while your devices are connected to the hub through its four USB ports. The 2240 works on the Ultra-Wideband (UWB) frequency between 3.1 and 4.8 GHz which ensures that it does not interfere with cell phone, WiFi and cordless phone signals.

D-Link states that this hub can be connected up to 30 feet away. Furthermore, up to three other hubs can be connected to the standard hub, giving your computer access to 16 devices from the single USB adapter. The hub follows the USB1.1 and 2.0 specifications and speeds.

Although wireless USB is an intriguing concept, in practice it is neither entirely wireless nor particularly reliable. Recent reviews of wireless USB devices have found that their range is limited, they are highly succeptible to interference and their bandwidth is a fraction of wired USB.
