  •  High Pressure
  •  Low Pressure
  •  Sauté – This setting softens foods before pressure cooking. It works without the lid and is helpful for foods like risotto and vegetables.
  •  Browning – This setting cooks foods on high heat to brown the outsides before pressure cooking. It works without the lid and creates tender, flavorful foods.
  • Simmer – This setting cooks food slowly at a low temperature. It works without the lid and is helpful for adding ingredients to the meal at the end to finish it.
  • Warm – This setting keeps cooked food warm. It can provide heat for up to 12 hours. When pressuring cooking is done, this appliance automatically switches to this setting.
