The Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Alpha is one of two USB gaming headsets (3D Alpha, 3D Sigma) designed to deliver three-dimensional surround sound. As the base unit, the Alpha uses THX TruStudio Pro technology to simulate a 360-degree surround sound experience that allows users to clearly identify audio from in front, behind, above, and below. Also included is Pro Crystalizer real-time audio restoration for enhanced in-game sound with “incredible detail,” Pro Smart Volume to compensate for abrupt volume changes, and Pro Dialogue Plus for clearer dialog. More importantly, the Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Alpha hosts a set of customizable audio profiles so users can configure their own settings.
