Edit

The Coby SNAPP CAM4000 is a low-end camcorder. Mostly notable for its pocket-sized form factor, it shoots video at 30 fps and resolutions up to 640x480. The CAM4000 features a rotating swivel display, the largest among Coby's camcorders, but is otherwise limited by a 3MP sensor and only 32MB of standard flash memory. The camcorder supports memory expansion, however, via SD/SDHC card, for up to 8 GB of storage. Included software allows videos to be edited and uploaded to YouTube on a PC, and the camcorder can also be used as a webcam.
