The Coby TFDVD1973 is an entry-level flat-panel LCD HDTV. It has a 19"-diagonal TFT LCD screen, with a display resolution of 1440x900, a native resolution of 720p and 500:1 contrast ratio. It has the same screen brightness as Coby's 15" TFDVD1574, at 250 cd/m and 6 ms pixel response time. It includes a built-in side-mounted DVD player as well as a USB connection and SD card slot to display digital media. It has dual-tuning capabilities, for both ATSC and NTSC, and has several video input options. It has stereo audio and 3.5mm audio inputs, two 10W stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has a 3D digital comb filter and 3D noise reduction and V-chip parental controls. It can be wall-mounted or displayed on a base.
