Not as forgiving on off-center shots as you would expect from "game improving" irons

Edit

The King Cobra SZ Irons are a set of clubs with a low-profile clubhead designed for high-profile shots. These clubs are ideal for a golfer looking for forgiveness, distance and accuracy. They have a sleek, low-profile head design and a shortened hosel which push the center of gravity (CG) low and back into the club with a moment of inertia (MOI) that is maximized through a wide sole and heel-toe weighting system.  This results in a higher launch and pinpoint accuracy.  A full-cavity back and urethane back cavity insert give improved ball striking along with the legendary Cobra feel.  The head is made from 431 stainless steel and there are two shaft options; a Nippon N.S. Pro steel shaft or a Cobra/Aldila DVS-HL 70-A graphite shaft. The King Cobra SZ Irons are available in men's, women's and senior models.

No they are not classed as OS. I have some and having an in-to-out swing, I'm finding the offset of these is now giving too much draw, so watch out if that is your type of swing. If you have trouble slicing then they should help fix that.
