The Canon Rebel T3i (600D) is an entry-level digital SLR released in early 2011 as a successor to the T2i. Available with an optional EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II zoom lens, the Rebel T3i DSLR upgrades from its predecessor by incorporating a flip-out 3” Vari-Angle Clear View LCD display designed for taking low-angle and overhead shots. Like its predecessor, the Canon T3i DSLR is optimized to capture full high-definition 1080p video at 24fps, 25p, or 30p. Also featured is the option to shoot in more than one aspect ratio, a 6400 ISO expandable to 12800, and a 9-point AF system with an F/2.8 cross-type center point with a 63-zone Dual-layer metering system. The latter two allow users wit a lens over F/2.8 or faster to better track a subject via the continuous auto-focus tracking mode.
