The Boss BV9970 is a high end car audio and video receiver. It features both a motorized, flip-out 7 inch touchscreen and a fully detachable front panel with illuminated buttons. The display operates in 1440x234 resolution and retracts when not in use.

Input can be accepted from iPods and other MP3 players. The unit can play CDs and DVDs, or play WMA, MP4 and MP3 files via USB or SD Memory Card ports. Outputs include front and rear RCA outputs and a subwoofer output. Total output power is split between four 85 watt channels. There is also an input for a rear view camera, and a wireless remote control.

i installed the radio and it plays and gets extremely hot, i even saw smoke, what do i do now, but everything works fine
