Announced on August 21st 2008, the Bose SoundDock Series II is the second iteration of Bose's mobile digital iPod dock/speaker system. Similar in appearance to the original SoundDock, the new version is now compatible with both iPhones (making it now compatible with all dockable Apple devices) and comes shielded from interference that they may produce. Officially available as of September, the device comes in black and silver and costs $299.
